joimax® founded by Wolfgang Ries of Germany in 2001, focuses its activities on technologies, systems and methods for the integrated endoscopic surgical access to the spinal column, and on gentle tissue removal utilizing optimized visualization.
There are multiple benefits of endoscopic surgery. Since the size of the incisions are smaller, the recovery from surgery is much quicker, with less resultant pain and damage to the surrounding tissues. Our goal is to become the leader in medical technology in the field of "joined minimal access technologies". We are therefore concentrating our research, development, manufacturing and marketing on our area of expertise - the minimally invasive endoscopic spinal surgery.
Our aims and objectives are to continually improve our products and technology keeping both patient safety and comfort in mind, while always looking to enhance the minimally invasive spine approach.
